Outsourced Credit Management

Through Direct Routes Outsourced Credit Management service we can manage all or a specific section of your Debtor Ledger. You can choose from a variety of commission options to suit your Budget. The initial transfer of information can be managed in a number of ways to suit your systems, and reports on all files can be issued to you on a weekly basis or as necessary.

Transfer of Account Information: The transfer of soft copy information can be agreed to suit our Clients requirements, with possible remote access to Client accounts also an option.

Typical Scope of Works: Client to provide Letterhead (soft or hard copy) and Direct Route will issue a Client letter to the debtor advising that Direct Route Outsource Credit Management is now acting on behalf of Client.

Direct Route will then make a minimum of 3 (telephone) call attempts to each Contact Number provided over a period of 1 month.

At the end of the above process Direct Route will issue a 7 Day Demand Letter, advising the Client that unless the debt is paid within 7 days, Late Payment Fees will be added to the debt and the debt details will be posted on the Web.

Commercial Implications: We are flexible in this regard and can offer you various options to suit your requirements:

*Flat Fee per file regardless of outcome: €25 to €50 (+ VAT) / file dependant on volume.

*A Commission of between 5% & 10% (+ VAT) dependant on volume and debt profile - minimum charge €40 (+ VAT), on a No Recovery No Fee basis.

*A combination of the above, where a reduced Flat Fee would apply if we were unsuccessful, and a reduced % commission would apply where successful.
