- All business to business transactions qualify.
- All Letters of Demand are Free of Charge.
- Debts of €1000.00 or less are recovered at zero commission.
- Debts of €1000.01 or more attract a subsidised commission of 10% only.
- No Commission Fees are payable where monies are not recovered
- Option to revert to Traditional commission of 12.5% to 20% if debt part paid or if Client Retention becomes an issue.

Option 2
- The Direct Route Traditional Debt Recovery Service
- The main features of the pre-legal system are:
- All transactions (Business or Consumer) qualify.
- All Letters of Demand are Free of Charge.
- 12.5% to 20% Commission (dependant on debt value and volume) charged on any monies recovered.
- Late Payment Fees are not added to the Debt and the Debt does not appear on the Web.
- No Commission Fees are payable where monies are not recovered.

If the above Debt Recovery procedures prove unsuccessful, our Clients can close the file at no cost or alternatively Direct Route can provide a full Legal Service. Direct Route offers preferential rates through our specialist Debt Recovery Solicitor, where you pay a fixed sum up front (dependant on the debt value) and where successful a reduced commission is charged, again dependant on the Debt Value.
